Reports in Italy claim Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario will undergo his medical with Tottenham on Sunday.
The Italy international is set to complete a €20m move to North London.
Multiple sources in Italy, including Sport Mediaset and Fabrizio Romano claim the 26-year-old will have his medical with Spurs on Sunday. Vicario spent the last two seasons at the Stadio Castellani and was Inter‘s main target to replace André Onana, but the Nerazzurri must now look elsewhere considering that Manchester United seem willing to make an official offer for the Cameroon international by the end of the month. Vicario was called up by Italy boss Roberto Mancini for Nations League games against Spain and the Netherlands in June but has yet to make his senior debut with the Azzurri. He kept seven clean sheets in 31 Serie A games in 2022-23, conceding 39 goals.
