Inter, Juventus and Milan are all among the clubs tracking Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but Lazio have reportedly demanded a minimum of €40m.

The Serbia international is widely expected to move on this summer, as his contract is due to expire in June 2024 and negotiations on an extension are very difficult.

The 28-year-old has been with Lazio since 2015 and has assured the club he will not try to walk away as a free agent, so that makes a sale somewhat inevitable. He may well decide to remain in Serie A, but Sky Sport Italia claim that after Inter and Juventus asked for information, they were told by President Claudio Lotito that the absolute minimum asking price is €40m.

That is a little too much for these sides, which opens the door for teams outside of Italy, such as Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea. It is already a huge discount on the €100m that Lazio had wanted for Milinkovic-Savic only a couple of years ago.
