Elon Musk's father, Errol Musk, has claimed that his son is "interested" in acquiring English Premier League club Liverpool. However, Liverpool's current owners, Fenway Sports Group (FSG), have not received any offers and have not indicated any intention to sell the club.

This revelation comes after Errol Musk's interview with Times Radio, where he acknowledged his son's interest in the six-time European Cup champions. While Elon Musk has previously expressed interest in owning a football club, particularly Manchester United, this marks the first public mention of his potential interest in Liverpool.

It's worth noting that FSG has previously accepted external investment in Liverpool, suggesting a potential openness to exploring different ownership models in the future. However, as of now, Liverpool remains under FSG's ownership, and no formal offers for the club have been made.
