After selling Tonali to Newcastle, Milan will listen to offers for Theo with Atletico interested

According to Sky Sport Italia, Atletico Madrid are interested in Milan star Theo Hernandez and the Rossoneri are ready to listen to offers for the France international but want €100m.

The Serie A giants are finalising the sale of Tonali to Newcastle United for more than €70m. The Magpies raised their offer on Wednesday, nearing Milan’s €80m asking price.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Tonali may not be the only Rossoneri star leaving San Siro this summer. Theo Hernandez, in fact, has emerged as a target for La Liga side Atletico Madrid. El Cholo Simeone is an admirer of Theo, but no official offer has yet been submitted to the Serie A giants.

Los Colchoneros are said to be strongly interested in Theo and could make their bid offer in the coming days. However, Milan will only consider offers above €80m and aim for a €100m sale. Theo joined Milan from Real Madrid in a €20m deal in 2019, becoming one of the best left-backs in the world at the Stadio Meazza. The 25-year-old has scored 24 goals in 167 appearances with the Rossoneri.
